The Closeout Service is
designed to perform the following tasks:
•Create a repository of completed project data to calibrate future estimates to current capability and benchmark performance against relevant QSM or internal trends. Back Office and Closeout experts can export projects for use with SLIM-DataManager and SLIM-Metrics desktop applications to support custom trend creation and advanced analysis.
•Benchmark completed projects in SLIM-Collaborate against industry or organizational trend lines.
•Calculate a five-star rating for various management metrics.
