Closeout project data can be exported to SLIM-DataManager .smp file format. Once the exported data has been imported into SLIM-DataManager, it can be used in the following ways:
• Add completed project records created in SLIM-Collaborate to your SLIM-DataManager master database.
• Fill in custom metrics and additional details not available in SLIM-Collaborate.
• Analyze the exported records using SLIM-Metrics’ user-friendly query engine and extensive chart/report outlines.
• Create custom trend lines in SLIM-Metrics that can be imported into SLIM-Collaborate via the Back Office trend management functions.
• Create subsets of your master database to support future estimates and benchmarking.
Exporting closeout projects requires a default role with full access to the Closeout service or Back Office permissions. If you are logged in as a Back Office administrator, the Back Office menu items will be visible. See the Exporting Closeout Projects topic in the Back Office section of this user guide for detailed guidance.
