Closeout projects can be created in several
ways:
•Import Closeout Projects via the Back Office menu (Back Office administrators and users with Full Access to the Closeout service only).
•Advance a project from the Estimation Service and edit the imported data to reflect the final actual size, schedule, effort, cost, and defects.
•Create a new Closeout Project from the SLIM-Collaborate Project List page (requires Manage Projects permissions).
