Entering or Editing Project Settings

Regardless of the method used to create your closeout project, it’s a good idea to review all project settings for accuracy and completeness before entering your final schedule, effort, size, and defect data. Users must have appropriate access privileges to view and edit project settings.  For example, if your user role is Stakeholder or you have View Only access to the project, the Edit Project icon will not be available on the project toolbar. A user who had access to an estimate may not need the same access permissions once the project is in the closeout stage.

Users with view-only access to the project can review or export project settings and actual data via the Project Overview report on the dashboard of the same name.
