Apart from user access information, most project-related fields in Collaborate have a counterpart in SLIM-DataManager. The reverse is not true, however. SLIM-DataManager has 300+ standard and custom data entry fields; consequently, many DataManager fields have no counterpart in Collaborate (examples include custom metrics, overrun/slippage data, post release defects).
When Closeout projects are exported and a matching project is detected in DataManager, data from the Collaborate project overwrites the corresponding field in the matching DataManager project record. Fields in DataManager that have no counterpart in Collaborate, such as most custom metrics, are not changed.
