Function unit (sizing) records present a special challenge, as each DataManager selection or lookup value has both a name and an acronym (and both must be unique within their category – a function unit name can’t match any other function unit name, and a function unit acronym can’t match any other function unit acronym, but a name can match an acronym and vice versa).
Project records in Collaborate that violate these rules will not be exported, and the Export Report will list them as skipped and state the reason in the Notes field.
