Before you upgrade to a newer release of SLIM-Collaborate, you should find out whether your current SLIM desktop version is still supported for use with the newer Collaborate version. If it is, no action is required. But if your current desktop version is NOT supported, you’ll need to upgrade your SLIM-Suite desktop applications to maintain compatibility between the two applications. Remember: SLIM-Suite workbook files are forward, but not backward compatible. Users running older versions of SLIM-Suite desktop apps will not be able to open files created using a newer major release of SLIM-Suite.
