To see whether your current version of the SLIM Desktop Suite
is supported by your new SLIM-Collaborate installation:
1.
Select Customize… | Enterprise Settings from the Admin site menu.
Click the Default Seed Workbook Version dropdown. If your current desktop
version appears in the list, it is supported. If your current desktop version is
not supported, you should upgrade to a supported version of SLIM-Suite and update
the Default Seed Workbook version field accordingly.
2.
If you upgrade the version of SLIM-Suite, make sure all users who will use the
SLIM Desktop Suite with SLIM-Collaborate install the new desktop version to
their PC or laptop computer. They will not be able to open exported/checked out
SLIM-Estimate workbooks or SLIM-DataManager databases created in a newer desktop
version than the one they currently have installed.
