All SLIM-Collaborate projects reference configuration sets created when templates or estimation projects with unique settings are uploaded or checked in after round trip data exchange. Each configuration set is listed on the Configuration Management screen with a unique name. Most of these configuration sets are public and hence visible and available for selection by users when modifying project settings to match or model a specific lifecycle, development methodology, or project type.
A project’s selected Phase, Milestone, and Reliability config sets can be changed via the Project Settings tab of a given project or template. To review the config set details, click the links to the left of the drop-down selection fields:
Sizing config sets (Estimation projects only) can be viewed via the Sizing Calculator in the Sizing tab of an Estimation project. Any edits performed here will affect ONLY the current project (not the original configuration set).
