To ensure access to imported Estimation projects, you should assign either an Associated OBS Node or a user with primary responsibility for the project. By default, the primary responsibility setting will default to the user uploading the project, but you can override the default and select a different user from the drop-down selection box provided. Only users with Manage Projects permissions in their default role will be available for selection. The initial access settings can always be adjusted later by users who have sufficient access and permissions but assigning access during the import helps to minimize rework.
