Designating one person to exercise Primary Responsibility for the project is useful when you wish to delegate project access decisions or do not wish to grant block access to projects during the import. Only Collaborate users with Manage Projects permissions will appear in the drop-down selection list.
If you select an Associated OBS Node to which you do not have access or assign primary responsibility to another user, you will be added to the Access list for the uploaded project with Full Access rights. See the Access tab section of this document for more detailed descriptions of the project access options.
