The QSM default roles and permissions are outlined below:
•Admin. Grants full access to the Admin site and the Back Office Service, all licensed SLIM-Collaborate services, and all projects regardless of project-level access settings.
•Back Office. Grants full access to the Back Office menu items and all licensed SLIM-Collaborate services (Estimation and Closeout). No access to Manage Site functions (i.e., the Admin site). Access to individual projects is controlled by the project level access settings.
•Portfolio Mgr. Grants full access to licensed SLIM-Collaborate services and the Manage Project functions (create, delete projects). Access to individual projects is controlled by the project level access settings.
•Contributor. Contributors can view and edit projects in licensed SLIM-Collaborate services. Contributors have no access to the Back Office, Manage Projects (create, delete projects), or Manage Site (admin site) functions. Access to individual projects is controlled by the project level access settings.
•Stakeholder. Stakeholders typically have View only access to licensed SLIM-Collaborate services (Estimation and/or Closeout). They do not have access to Back Office, Manage Site, or Manage Project functions. Access to individual projects is controlled by the project level access settings.
