Deleting Roles

Only roles with no assigned users can be deleted. To see the number of assigned users for a role, check the User/OBS Assignment Count column. If a role is not in use (user or OBS count is 0), it can be deleted from the list using the red X icon. If the User/OBSCount is greater than 0, you must decouple this role from all user records to which it was assigned before deleting the role from the list. To access the list of users and assigned roles, use Browse Users link.
