Individual private projects are only visible to the user
with Primary Responsibility and users on the project’s user access list. Site
admins will not see a private project unless they also happen to be the user
with primary responsibility for that project. Users who have access to one
or more private projects can use a special custom column metric called
“PrivateProject” to filter the project list to show only private projects to
which they have access, only projects that are not private (to which they have
access), or all projects (public or private) to which they have access.
The PrivateProject metric can be combined with filters on other columns. For
example, a filter might display all private projects to which the user has
access, which are also assigned to a particular OBS node.
