A set of regression trend lines used to tune project lifecycle and productivity assumptions, assess risk, and benchmark projects against a related set of completed projects. Trend groups can be calculated from an organization's completed projects in SLIM-Metrics and imported into SLIM-Collaborate. QSM industry trend lines are also available for benchmarking and analysis purposes.
