A schema defined in SLIM-Estimate that breaks out monthly phase effort, cost, or staffing by skill category over time. This is accomplished by assigning a fixed staffing value (ex: 2.5 FTE staff) or an effort percentage for each skill category to one or more preconfigured time slices bounded by phase start/end dates or designated time slice milestones. A skill configuration can be imported from a SLIM-Estimate workbook by a user with Back Office permission.
