Resetting Forgotten Passwords

Once the SMTP server, Reply to Email, and Contact Form Recipient Settings in the Admin site’s Enterprise settings (Customize | Enterprise Settings) have been configured, authorized users can request a password reset link for their user account by clicking the Forgot Password? link on either the main or admin site login pages.

When you click the Forgot Password link on either login page:

 

      You will be taken to a password reset page. Enter your user name (email) and click the Reset Password button.

      If there is a valid user account associated with the email address you entered, an email will be sent to you at that address. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.  The email will contain a link to reset your password. Click the link, enter your email address and the desired new password (twice), then click the Update Password button.

      You will be notified that your credentials have been updated and provided with links to log into the Admin site (Site Admins only) and/or Main SLIM-Collaborate sites.
