This section of the project settings tab is where you can
edit the project name and assign a solution workflow status (if this feature has
been configured by your Site Admin). Though the project name is a global setting
(it is shared by all current, logged, and Balanced Risk solutions for projects
in the estimation stage), the Workflow Status field is solution specific.
This means that each solution can have its own workflow status assigned to
it. Closeout projects have only one solution, so for projects in this
stage, there will be only one workflow status per project.
