Primary Responsibility

Field in the Project Access settings of a project or template that designates the person responsible for creating and/or maintaining the project record. This setting is only available to users with Manage Project permissions. The user granted Primary Responsibility is the only user who can make a project Private (limiting access to only those users explicitly granted access).This field can also be set during import of an Estimation service project or multiple Closeout projects.
