The Phase Tuning Override setting (Estimation stage projects only) allows estimators to override the project’s phase tuning configuration settings and apply phase tuning statistics from the project’s current benchmark trend group instead. if Phase 4 is active, the Phase 4 tuning will still use the project configuration set tuning even if the override checkbox is checked.
