For projects in the Estimation stage, SLIM-Collaborate’s solution method algorithms estimate Construct and Test phase effort and schedule based on inputs provided by the estimator. Schedule and effort estimates for other lifecycle phases are “tuned” using grouped “phase tuning” configuration settings that calculate phase effort, duration, and overlaps for lifecycle phases 1, 2, and 4, relative to phase 3.
