Other Project Costs

Single data entry field used to enter estimated or actual project costs falling outside the activities included in QSM’s four high-level lifecycle phases 1-4. One of four cost metrics in SLIM-Collaborate (see also: Development Cost, Total Cost, Other Project Costs, and Total Project Cost and Phase 1-4 definitions). Other Project Costs data is added to SLIM-Collaborate’s Total Cost field to calculate Total Project Cost.
