Minimum Data Required for Importing Closeout Projects

To successfully import a closeout project from SLIM-DataManager, each project record must have the following information:

•      A valid name

•      Size information

•      Phase 3 effort data

•      A start and end date 

When a newly imported Closeout project is opened in edit mode, the Closeout Assumptions page displays historical project values for the following variables:

•      Size – broken out into New, Modified, and Unmodified, plus Requirements.

•      Quality – Total Defects and MTTD at FOC (Full Operational Capability).

•      Phase Duration and Effort – Start Date, End Date, and Person-hours of effort.  If any phases have missing start or end dates, they will be calculated from the phase start or end date and phase duration.
