The labor rate is multiplied by the effort for each included lifecycle phase to calculate cost. In SLIM-Collaborate, the average labor rate can be input manually (a single average over the entire project) or can be calculated from individual role-based labor rates and skill allocation data if skills calculation is turned on for a project (Estimation only).
