To provide some oversight of private projects without
revealing sensitive business information, the site administrator can see how
many private projects each user has primary responsibility for. To
maintain confidentiality, only project counts by each user with primary
responsibility are provided. The Browse Enterprise Users page on the
Admin Site now has a column that displays the number of private projects
assigned to each user with Primary Responsibility.
The Enterprise Users grid can be filtered to show only users who have one or more private projects, then exported to .csv format. The private project counts can then be totaled and added to the project counts visible to the Site Admin on the SLIM-Collaborate project list page.
