Full access permissions to a project allow the user to view and edit project data, settings, and project access privileges and advance projects to the next stage. Full Access to the Estimation or Closeout services (defined in a user’s default role) grants additional permissions associated with each service (import/export projects, round trip data exchange with SLIM-Estimate, etc.).
