An FTE represents the average hours worked by a single, full-time employee. In SLIM-Collaborate, this number is equivalent to the “Phrs per Month” for the project. Phrs per Month can be divided into total hours worked by a mix of full and part-time employees to yield the equivalent number of full-time staff.
