Charts and reports are exported one to a page, worksheet, or slide in the order they appear on the dashboard.
• When exporting a dashboard to PowerPoint that contains text reports with more rows or columns than can fit on a single slide, only data that fits on the page or slide will show.
• When exporting dashboards to Excel, only reports set with the Show as Text (or Text) setting or objects that only display as text will be exported. Data from each report is exported to its own worksheet. Use the tabs at the bottom of the Excel workbook or click the links in the table of contents on the first worksheet tab to access each report. From individual worksheet tabs, you can click a link to return to the table of contents.
• When exporting to PDF, charts will print one-to-a-page. Reports that span more than a single page will be exported to successive pages in the exported PDF file. The multi-page report export makes PDF ideal for printing.
Charts or reports that are not valid for the currently displayed dashboard will be skipped when exporting the dashboard. This can happen when required data is missing, or when the current solution or skills for a project are invalid.
