This table illustrates what a user with View Only, Contribute, or Full Access to ONLY the Estimation Service will be able to do and/or see by default with respect to projects in the Estimation stage (assuming the user’s default role has not been overridden at the OBS Node or Project Level via the Project Access tab).
Note that combining Estimation permissions with other permissions such as Manage Projects adds additional capabilities not reflected in this table.
