The red X (delete) icon in the last column of the Browse Users grid allows the site admin to delete all private filters and dashboards created by the selected user. If the user account is currently active, a warning message prompts the admin to confirm that the selected user’s private dashboards and filters should be deleted.
If the delete request is confirmed, the user’s private dashboards and filters will be deleted. Ownership of public filters and dashboards created by the selected user will revert to the site admin performing the deletion. Once the delete request has completed, a message will display the number of objects deleted for the selected user (in the example above, the user had no private or public dashboards or filters, so none were deleted or reassigned).
