Use these fields to designate an individual (or email distribution list) to receive messages sent from the SLIM-Collaborate contact form. Note: neither the Contact Recipient name nor email address will be displayed to users filling out the form.
•Contact Recipient Name – Enter the name of a contact or distribution list.
•Contact Recipient Email - Enter the email address used within SLIM-Collaborate to contact the Site Administrator or designated support representative when users submit a question or request using the Contact form.
