The SLIM-Collaborate service dedicated to analyzing and displaying information about completed projects. Once a project is complete, summary data about the duration and level of effort applied to the project, as well as sizing and defect data, can be entered to create a historical project database to support benchmarking in the Portfolio Dashboard and the creation of custom trend lines in the SLIM-Metrics desktop application. Completed Closeout projects can also be used as a basis for future estimates in SLIM-Collaborate or exported to support trend line creation and/or benchmarking in SLIM-DataManager and SLIM-Metrics.
