Closeout Permissions Table

This table illustrates what a user with View Only, Contribute, or Full Access to ONLY the Closeout Service will be able to do and/or see by default with respect to projects in the Closeout stage (assuming the user’s default role has not been overridden at the OBS Node or Project Level via the Project Access tab).

Note that combining Closeout permissions with other permissions such as Manage Projects adds additional capabilities not reflected in this table.
