Use the radio buttons provided to select an export
option:
•Export to new database creates a new, SLIM-DataManager database (.smp file) containing only valid Closeout projects from your filtered Project List.
•Download merged copy allows you to merge exported Closeout project data from Collaborate with the contents of an existing SLIM-DataManager database. Projects originally in DataManager (but not in Collaborate) are left alone, DataManager projects that match a Closeout record in Collaborate will be updated, and projects unique to the Closeout service will be added to the merged database.
