Use this checkbox to export ONLY keywords used by the projects you will export to SLIM-DataManager. Uncheck it if you want the exported database to have the full set of keywords defined in SLIM-Collaborate, regardless of whether the keywords are used by the exported projects.
When the export completes, a confirmation message will show the number of projects selected for export and the number exported. A browser prompt will then appear, giving you the option to open or save the file (details and format are browser-specific). The default database name contains the date and time of the export, but you may override it and provide your own name using the Save As option.
