Data elements unique to SLIM-Estimate are stored in Associated Workbooks that are linked to (but separate from) each project record.
During checkout, data elements specific to the checked-out SLIM-Collaborate project are updated in a copy of the project’s Associated Workbook. For example, the Primary Trend Group, Phase Tuning, Milestones, and current solution metrics will be copied to the new SLIM-Estimate workbook created during checkout. Data elements stored in the associated workbook include:
•Multiple Sizing Techniques
•PI Calculator Adjustment Factors
•Skill Categories and Allocation Settings
•Milestone Time Slice Designations
