Use the Assign Primary Responsibility drop-down list to designate a single user with primary responsibility for maintaining the imported project estimate. By default, the person performing the upload will be assigned Primary Responsibility. Note that only users with ‘Manage Projects’ permission in their default roles or ‘Manage Projects’ permissions to one or more OBS nodes will appear in the Assign Primary Responsibility drop-down list.
